Welcome to apply for a position at the leading Nordic retailer within photo, video, and audio. We are now looking for a Category Sales Merchandiser (CSM) who wants to help drive sales and growth within our product categories. In this role, you will become a key player in a highly skilled team at a company with ambitious goals.
Your Mission
As a Category Sales Merchandiser, you will be the central sales driver and product expert within your category. You will be part of the product department and work closely with category managers, the marketing team, and the sales organization. Your primary goal is to drive sales and profitability across all our sales channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Publishing products online with compelling and informative product descriptions alongside inspiring imagery.
- Creating, optimizing, and publishing product content that drives sales and meets SEO standards.
- Actively driving and optimizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your categories.
- Monitoring the market, competitor pricing, and implementing our pricing strategy.
- Creating and executing category campaigns that drive both sales and profitability.
- Producing product videos, in-depth blog posts, and product reviews/tests.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a proactive and analytical person with a strong commercial mindset and sales drive. Experience in retail sales is highly valued, as it provides a strong understanding of the entire sales journey and customer interaction.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong interest, knowledge, and passion for products within photo, video, audio, or IT.
- Experience in e-commerce and a solid commercial understanding of how merchandising impacts conversion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to independently drive your work forward.
- A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Swedish skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
It is considered a merit if you have previous experience working with CMS and PIM systems, such as Optimizely and InRiver. Basic knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, including Power BI, is also highly valued.
