About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers through our digital channels, primarily by phone, email, and live chat.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing professional customer support and expert advice.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and coordinating internal and external service and logistics activities.
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience across every point of contact.
You will become part of a small, close-knit team of supportive and solution-oriented colleagues where the customer is always our highest priority. We work in a structured way and continuously follow up on our goals and KPIs.
Who You Are
We are looking for an outgoing, patient, and structured team player who enjoys working directly with customers and is motivated by creating great customer experiences.
We believe you:
- Have a strong customer focus and communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
- Are well organized, take ownership of your work, and follow through on your responsibilities.
- Have a few years of experience in customer service or retail. Experience in e-commerce is considered a strong advantage.
If you are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy developing new skills, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow with us.
Practical Information
- Working hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, within store opening hours (09:00–17:00).
