Scandinavian Photo has online sales in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, as well as stores in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Malmö and Borås. Our head office and central warehouse are located in Borås. We have 110 employees and a turnover of SEK 900 million.

What does the role offer?

As Purchasing Controller, you will be an important business partner to key roles within product and purchasing. Through analysis and follow-up, you will provide decision support that strengthens profitability, optimises stock levels and develops the product range.

The role includes many points of contact and close collaboration with both the product organisation and finance.

You will, among other things:

• Analyse sales, margins, stock and purchasing
• Develop reports, KPIs, forecasts and business analyses
• Follow up on product range, pricing, suppliers and supplier bonuses
• Be responsible for budgets related to sales, gross margin and stock
• Act as superuser for Business Central, Power BI and other business systems
• Drive improvement projects within stock management, processes and profitability

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance, business, supply chain or equivalent experience. You have solid experience from a similar controller or analytical role within retail, e-commerce or another commercial environment.

You have very good Excel skills, experience from ERP systems and Power BI, or similar BI tools, and you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Experience from retail or category management is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are analytical, business-oriented and structured. You enjoy working with data, challenging existing ways of working and turning analysis into concrete improvements. At the same time, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions across the organisation.
