About the role

We are currently looking for a service-minded and tech-interested sales associate to join our store in Malmö and help us achieve our vision: “Be the leading community and destination for people that want to create and enjoy images and sound.” We are seeking someone who wants to work extra hours, step in when needed and cover shifts during the summer. There will also soon be an opportunity for a permanent part-time position as we plan to extend our opening hours in the near future.

Your responsibilities

Your mission as a sales associate is to deliver the best possible customer experience. In this role, you will offer and sell complete solutions within photo, video, audio and computers, both to customers visiting the store and those contacting us via phone or email. In addition to sales, your responsibilities include handling customer service via email, managing incoming goods and outgoing deliveries, processing customer returns, maintaining inventory and stocktaking, and ensuring together with the team that the store is always clean, organized and welcoming.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven by sales and customer satisfaction, with a strong interest in technology. You are social, solution-oriented and attentive, and you enjoy supporting your colleagues while adapting to different tasks throughout the day. Experience in sales and/or customer service with a commercial focus is important. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can easily switch between tasks. You have a technical interest and a willingness to continuously learn. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
