What does the role offer?

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for driving and developing operational purchasing and product flow, ensuring availability, cost efficiency and quality throughout the entire supply chain, from supplier to end customer. You will be part of the supply chain team and work closely with category managers, the sales department and both national and international suppliers, many of whom are based in Asia, giving you a role with a wide range of contacts.

• Plan, follow up and optimize replenishment across all sales channels
• Manage product flow from supplier to central warehouse, stores and end customers
• Measure, evaluate and improve supplier delivery performance
• Handle deviations, delivery timelines and forecasts in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Provide analysis and improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain processes

Who are you?

You have post-secondary education in a relevant field or experience in purchasing and/or supply chain, along with a solid understanding of logistics and transport flows. Experience working with suppliers in Asia is considered a strong advantage. You are comfortable working in digital environments and are fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience with purchasing systems such as AGR, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), retail operations and/or forecasting tools is highly meritorious. If you also have an interest in analysis or controlling, this is seen as a clear strength. To succeed in this role, you are analytical, structured and results-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can quickly adapt to changing conditions and focus on solutions rather than problems. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to collaboration and is confident in taking initiative.
