Technical Service Logistics & Returns Specialist, Borås, Sweden
Contribute to our world class Technical Service department.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you will mainly ensure that all logistics-related tasks at the Technical Service department are performed on time and that customer returns are handled quickly and professionally. This is an operational role with some administrative tasks – you will work hands-on with the products most of the time.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Perform all logistics related tasks at the Technical Service department.
- Receive and handle customer returns according to internal policies/routines.
- Receive and handle unclaimed parcels according to internal policies/routines.
- Assist other departments and customers with spare parts orders.
- Assist other departments in matters related to logistics, customer returns and used products.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you are service-minded, solution-oriented and can see through the eyes of the customer to help them in a satisfactory way.
You most likely have an interest in photography and/or have a general technical interest. You have good communication skills, both in writing and speech, and a good general knowledge of our products.
The tasks within this role are varied and demand attention to detail as well as an ability to perform repetitive tasks. You are also able to identify urgent tasks and able to reprioritize with short notice.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical knowledge and interest.
- Knowledge of our products.
- Competent with Microsoft 365
- Good language skills:
- Swedish: Fluent.
- English: Competent.
- Other Nordic languages: Valuable but not a requirement.
