Your Mission: Create Great Customer Experiences and Successful Sales

As a Sales Associate at Scandinavian Photo, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right solutions within photography, video, audio, computers, and creative technology. You will interact with customers via phone, email, digital channels, and in-store. Some customers know exactly what they are looking for, while others need guidance to find the best solution for their needs.

Your mission is to understand customer needs, provide expert guidance, and create sales opportunities that lead to a positive and confident purchasing experience. The role also includes customer support, where you will assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and deliveries, while helping them move forward in their buying journey.

This is a sales-focused role where customer interaction, service, and product knowledge go hand in hand. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be curious, eager to learn, and interested in staying up to date with new products and solutions in the world of creative technology.

At Scandinavian Photo, you will meet a diverse and inspiring customer base. Our customers include creators, enthusiasts, professionals, content creators, and businesses looking to create better photos, videos, and audio, or searching for the right technology to support their passion.

The Team

You will become part of a larger national sales team while being based in our Borås store. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in retail, customer service, and other parts of the sales organization. Together, you will work to provide customers with fast, knowledgeable, and personal support.

You will be an important member of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating successful business opportunities.

We Would Like You To Have:

• Experience in sales
• Experience interacting with customers in-store, over the phone, or through digital channels
• An interest in photography, video, audio, and computers
• The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into the right solution
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Employment Details

This is a full-time position that may include weekend work. The role is based on-site at our store in Borås, Sweden.
