We are looking for a Business Sales Representative to join our team at our Stockholm store.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and working with content creators, professional users, businesses, and public organizations.
Your mission is to understand each customer's needs, recommend the right products and services, and create complete, profitable solutions aligned with Scandinavian Photo's sales strategy.
About the Role
As a Business Sales Representative, you will engage with customers in-store, by phone, via email, and through digital meetings. You'll work with customers where thorough needs analysis, expert product recommendations, and proactive follow-up are essential to building successful business relationships.
You will collaborate closely with our retail sales team, customer service, and other internal departments to deliver a professional, seamless, and sales-driven customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively sell to professional customers, businesses, and organizations in-store, by phone, email, and through digital meetings.
- Represent Scandinavian Photo at selected in-store and external events.
- Identify customer needs and turn inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Recommend products and solutions based on Scandinavian Photo's product strategy.
- Create complete solutions including relevant accessories, services, and financing options.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Secure special manufacturer pricing and conditions when applicable.
- Coordinate larger quotations, tenders, and framework agreement opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer information, activities, quotations, and structured follow-up.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and help strengthen our commercial sales culture.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- At least two years of sales experience with a strong commercial focus.
- The ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and successfully close deals.
- Confidence selling both face-to-face and through phone, email, and digital meetings.
- Experience working with CRM systems and other digital sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Swedish and good proficiency in English.
It Is an Advantage If You Also Have
- Product knowledge in photography, video, computers, audio, or content creation.
- Experience selling to content creators, professional users, businesses, or public organizations.
- Experience building complete customer solutions with accessories and complementary products.
- Experience preparing quotations, handling tenders, larger business opportunities, or B2B sales.
- Previous experience in retail, omnichannel sales, or another customer-focused sales environment.
