Salesperson – Malmö, Sweden

About the Role

We are currently looking for a service-minded and tech-savvy Sales Associate to join our team in our Malmö store, working approximately 80%. Together, we strive to deliver world-class customer service and inspire both beginners and professionals in their creative pursuits.

Our team consists of professional, humble, and outgoing colleagues who prioritize listening to and understanding our customers' needs.

As a Sales Associate, your mission is to offer the best possible customer experience across all channels. In our Malmö store, you will assist customers by offering and selling our products and services within photography, video, audio, and computing—both to those visiting the store and those reaching out via phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service via email, phone and in person
• Handling incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
• Processing customer returns
• Maintaining stock and conducting inventory checks
• Ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and inviting, together with the rest of the team

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone driven by sales and customer satisfaction, with a passion for technology. You are social, solution-oriented, attentive, and enjoy supporting your colleagues. You can adapt to different roles within the store as needed.

While your attitude and personality are key, we also require that you:

• Have experience in sales and/or customer service
• Have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn new things
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
